I was pumped to try this because I've heard ionic dyers are great for fine, thin hair. Low and behold, it worked. The dryer gave my hair some much-needed oomph and volume. The stream of heat is not too hot, which is great because heat is hair's enemy, right? And I love the rubbery feeling of the dryer and handle for easy gripping. It has 2 heat and speed settings-great for bangs since they don't need to be blasted. Out with my old dryer and in with this new one!

Dare I say this brow gel does all it says it does? I shall!

This clear gel smooths unruly eyebrows or the occasional hair that rather meander. At first I thought it'd dry hard and crunchy but after a few minutes, my eyebrows were soft and tame. This is great for girls with thick, coarse hair or those who are meticulous about their brows..ahem, me.

In reality, who has the dedication to devote one whole hour of painting their teeth with the solution and then holding the light to their mouth 10 times in a row? This kit may work but I'd rather slap on Crest White Strips and and go about my business.

Hello, FLAWLESS SKIN!

I didn't use the highlighter--I'm pretty good about providing my own shine, but the foundation and blush were OUTSTANDING.

The application was super-easy. The hardest part was getting the little plugs to stay in place when I was done.

It took about 3 minutes. The last time I wore foundation & blush took me close to 10.

I think I could get it down to about 1 minute.

My friend commented on my great skin, and I got a truly horrible pick-up line*, so I am counting my first Temptu outing as a complete success!

More expensive than I am generally comfortable with, but they have some great sales, and sometimes Sephora will even discount.

Worth the investment!!!

This is pumped full of anti-oxidants and vitamins. A dropper full is equal to 15 cups of green tea. I put it in my water and had at it. Unfortunately, the taste is odd. The more I drank the less I enjoyed it. It is much easier to drink when you put it in hot water. I'm not sure if it works but I'll tell you that I will be putting it in my mug when I feel a cold coming on. That's for sure.

Guys can use electric shavers, why can't we? Well, after several months of testing this handy little tool I now feel qualified enough to give my opinion. The first few tries were rough. It definitely took me a couple of tries to get it right. Either I was pressing too hard or not hard enough. I think I was afraid of cutting myself after so many years with a razor. Once I got the hang of it, it was easy and convenient. I didn't need to lather up, there wasn't razor burn, no missed knees, no cuts. The only drawback is that you have to take it apart and clean it when you are done. So yes, it is convenient and easy but cleaning it is kind of a pain.

Okay, maybe to call the Opal the best invention ever is an overstatement. I mean, there are lasers, the internal combustion engine, ice cream, modern medicine...

The Opal is the best thing that has been invented for the skin around your eyes.

Using the Beautyblender is very easy for this on-the-go lady. When you don't have much time, this is a no-fuss way to put on your foundation in the morning.

I use liquid foundation so this was a nice change from the usual finger application. The sponge's silky feel, combined with cold water (needed to apply wet makeup) leaves my face feeling fresh and soft, as opposed to caked on. The sponge is not only cute (bonus!) but was created in an unique shape--a pointy end for those hard to reach places and a round base that is fun to bounce over your cheeks, forehead and chin. Who knew you could have fun while applying your make-up!

So I tried this big bowl of wax 2 different times in the hopes that I'd like it. No dice. Once the tub is heated up, the wax is beyond messy. Lifting the stick up from the tub left strings of dried wax on the floor. I really like the concept that you don't need strips but when I peeled it back about 2 hairs came off. I followed directions and everything. Not to mention the pain. Holy cow does removing the wax hurt.
